I have been trying for over a year to get into my original Yahoo account. For some reason I am locked out when I go to sign in if it doesn't even ask me for a password and it's immediately sends me to help side which is no help at all. I have other accounts like Amazon that I can't get into because I have that as my username and password I'm very frustrated and I refuse to pay a monthly fee when nobody else charges to get help like that. I ought to just switch over to Google and be done with Yahoo. Unfortunately I cannot do business with certain companies as I'm unable to log in. Also Yahoo keeps using my old recovery email and phone number from like four phones ago. So once again I still can't sign in to certain accounts because of this. I have changed it to the new phone number and email everywhere and it still does when I tried to recover this account it asks me for the phone number which I can't use anymore because I don't have that phone and wants to text me there or call me there. I cannot change my password because it doesn't even give me an opportunity to sign in with my password after I sign in it goes straight to I am not a robot and then to trying to sign in and get a verification code. And don't even get me started on the verification code part. It won't give me a verification code for this account. It wouldn't be so bad except that it was my original Yahoo email account from many years ago and it's tied into almost everything I have and do and I don't think I should have to pay a monthly fee for something that is obviously Yahoo's fault.
